A new chapter stitched with an old dream

Workday Edit was started by Darshana Thakkar in Bengaluru. Fashion and design were never just interests for her; they were the kind of dreams that quietly stayed, even when life asked her to take a different path.

For years, Darshana carried that creative pull with her. She wanted to build a career in fashion, but circumstances made her pause that journey. The dream did not disappear. It stayed in the way she noticed fabrics, fits, colours, and the confidence a woman feels when an outfit simply works.

After becoming a mother to a baby girl, Darshana felt a new kind of courage. Motherhood did not close the door on her ambition; it opened a more meaningful one. Workday Edit became her way of beginning again, with more heart, more purpose, and a deeper understanding of how much women carry every day.
